Tell Me About Them “Personality”:
~Courageous- Josuke is someone who will face the terrifying, admit that is exactly what it is, and then keep going. He doesn't do things without fear, but rather in spite of them. He may start out reluctant to act, but when he sees something he can do, he will do it. He rarely waits until he is backed into a corner to act even when he doesn't feel confident, this is often galvanized by threats to friends and family. After the death of his grandfather at the hands of a stand user Josuke becomes determined to protect his home town in the man's stead, honoring his legacy as a cop in his own way.
~Kind/Caring- Even with Josuke's rough act, he has a hard time not caring about others and showing his capacity for kindness to the people around him. He is someone who, without hesitation, apologizes for the family trouble that was caused by finding out he was an illegitimate son, and also heals someone who was trying to kill him on the sheer basis that he felt the other didn't need to die. Though it is not a limitless trait, his caring and kindness do run quite deep, and in spite of some anger fueled actions to punish certain people, Josuke never once kills an enemy he has to face, preferring instead to come to a reasonable solution for everyone.
~Protective- Once he had gotten close to someone Josuke becomes very protective of them. His family is a particularly intense sore spot for him, as any time they are hurt is when he goes past the limits of his kindness, leaving the perpetrators sealed inside eternal prisons, undying. His level of protectiveness is only slightly to a lesser extent when it's his friends by a small margin, he still will stop at nothing to protect his friends and ensure the threat to them is eliminated. He is even so protective he refuses to listen when he is told one of them is dead, dragging his limp body to safety before finally letting himself face the truth.
~Quick-thinker- Josuke is a quick thinker in times of high stress, often times putting pieces of things he’s learned previously together on the fly. He is inventive in his problem solving, seeking out the shortest path between where things are and where he wants them to be. He will oftentimes approach problems in an unconventional manner, but with a well thought out plan that rarely lets him down.
~Fun loving- Being a teenager Josuke is prone to seeking fun and thrills. As such he doesn't care if what he is doing causes mischief or not. He also enjoys spending his time playing video games or listening to music.
~Self-image focused- Josuke will spend a long time on his hair, and will wear high end clothes, from expensive pants for his school uniform to limited run socks. This attention to his appearance also gives him one of his shortest fuses. Any statement that even vaguely seems to imply anything negative against his hair style he will become unreadably furious, even exaggerating the comments.
~Financially irresponsible/greedy- He can be quite financially irresponsible, spending money here and there without realizing how much he has spent, and ending up broke quite often. It takes him a long time to save up for something he really wants and even then he often spends that money elsewhere before he realizes it. As a result he is actually quite greedy with money and will do a number of things to get more money in his own pocket, though he never really crosses a line into theft or using others without shared compensation. He often is quick to come up with ideas to ‘bring in money’, that are sometimes even dishonest, though not with the intention of being harmful.

Notable Powers:
He has a stand, which is a manifestation of his spirit, normally invisible to those who don't have one. The stand, named Crazy Diamond, has a fast punching speed, which can equal to another that is quantified as punching at the speed of light. He also has hyper fast reflexes, able to catch a bullet fired less than a foot from Josuke's face. He also has enough strength through two people in one punch.
The main power used is the ability to repair things, this extends to bodies. He is able to repair things to their original shape, or to altered shapes at will. When Josuke is angry these 'repairs' are often misshapen from their original. If he catches it at the right time, he has been able to fix someone who is in the midst of being obliterated, but once a person is dead all he can do is to repair the body, it is then up to the soul of they revive from death.
The power to repair 'pulls' the parts of items together, if Josuke or Crazy Diamond is holding onto the item, the rest comes to them, if they let it go, then the larger sum will pull the part to it. None of Crazy Diamond's ability to repair things can be used on Josuke himself, clothing or other items can be repaired and dried blood counts as an object.
Damage to a stand reflects directly back to the user, as do other sensations. A stand can pick up hold and use many things and as such could be touched by a person, if it so desired, but the only way to harm a stand itself is with another stand.
Crazy Diamond is not shown to be divergent from Josuke on intentions or desires, and shows no individuality from Josuke. This said he is a separate form and is named, but not a 'partner' character.

Josuke had been here for a few weeks now, and he was starting to notice something interesting about the people and Pokemon here. They enjoyed having their hair, fur, scales or whatever else they had taken care of. The teen found himself interested in the idea of Pokemon beauty care, and had started trying his hand at it himself. He liked the idea as a whole, and besides, it would be hard for him to actually mess things up because even if he did cut too much off somewhere he could just, you know, have Crazy Diamond fix it for him and he’d redo it. Easy money! A lot easier than scrounging around in the grass and stuff for nuggets or whatnot.
So here he was, at a quickly made stand, with a sign offering Pokemon beauty treatments. He had looked over enough books to get the idea, and now he was ready to wing it and make this happen. He had a big grin on his face and was waving to everyone he could catch the eye of. Surely someone would come and pay for the services, right? He really hoped so because he was about to run out of his styling products for himself, and the last thing he wanted was to have the flattest pomp in all of Alola.
